Inspired by the Lantern Festival, the designers at Barbican wanted to bring the same feeling of rejuvenation and affection indoors. Traditionally, the colour of the lanterns was red to symbolize good fortune, but the Silhouette is available in more than 45 standard fabric colours, 800+ printed options, Pantone colours, logos, or custom prints. Some of the most popular colours are white, representing purity and fulfillment, and blue, representing spring and advancement.
