Customer service is at the core of everything we do. Barbican has a genuine desire to delight our customers and makes every effort to exceed their expectations. We consider the cumulative experience of our customers and make sure that they have the opportunity to communicate what they think and feel. Working with our customers means listening to their feedback and using that information to constantly improve our designs and processes.
Responding and communicating with our customers is one of our favourite things to do.
"Today I phoned you guys thinking “meh” maybe I’ll get a call back. I got some ideas and some thoughts about the fixture I was installing (a beautiful one at that!) Not only did the VP of Sales Steven get back to me within the hour, but he also passed my suggestions/concerns along to the CEO Andrew whom also called me directly afterwards. He listened and took my suggestions with a true passion, no fluff.
He also told me if similar issues and how they have been working on them, how they’ve solved some of them already in the re-design phases. Simply amazing, a company will go far with service and attention like that.
As well I just checked my email and he included me in a follow up email shortly after that with some replacement parts.
I’ve never felt more herd by a company in my life, The attention to suggestion, fixing design issues and the level of quality you hold yourselves to is very evident in your product, and I for one will be recommending it to everyone from this day forward."
